Hey, I'm Alestan Alves. I'm a Data & AI Coordinator at TOTVS with 10+ years of experience building technology.
At TOTVS, I progressed from Data Engineer Specialist to Data & Analytics Lead and then to my current role. My focus is practical AI: strong data foundations, useful agent workflows, and clear ways to evaluate their results. I'm interested in AI engineering roles with global product reach.
Outside my day job, I founded Acker Code, build open-source tools, and volunteer as an OpenAI Community Member. I serve on Brasscom's AI committee, was named a LinkedIn Top Data Engineering Voice, and have spoken at TDC Summit IA, Python Brasil, and Minas Summit.
